Cancellation Policy

What to Do If You Need to Cancel Your Holiday:


If you need to cancel your holiday, please contact Devon Cliffs Breakaways as soon as possible. We require written confirmation of your cancellation via email to the address provided in your booking confirmation. Cancellations will only take effect once written confirmation is received.


If your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance, we may request supporting documentation depending on the circumstances.

If your reason for cancelling is not covered by travel insurance, the full cost of the holiday will still be payable. However, we will do our best to re-let the accommodation on your behalf. If we successfully re-let the caravan, we will refund the cost of your holiday, minus the £50 booking fee.


We strongly recommend purchasing holiday insurance to protect against any potential losses.


Owner Cancellations or Amendments:

While we make every effort to honour your booking, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to amend or cancel a reservation. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates. If no suitable alternative is available, we will provide a full refund of all money paid.
